To Freeze: double wrap the bread in plastic and then in aluminum foil. Keeps really well that way, with no freezer burns. To thaw: leave in wrappings at room temperature, then place on a cookie sheet and bake at 325 for about 2-3 minute to crisp up crust Enjoy!

They should be

Why don't you contact the bakery directly and see if they can offer you a work-around. With baker's hours they are at the ovens very early in the morning so everything's fresh each day.

Call ahead

It is served 'til noon. It's one of the best in the county.
